The new Pebble Time Round – as the name tells – got a round body and looks like a classic watch from a distance. Pebble claims, that this is the lightest and thinnest smartwatch on the market today, so let’s quickly see if this is true:

Apparently the claim is right and the Pebble watch wins this round by 2 mm.
It has an always-on color e-paper screen, just like the previous versions and it’s easy to read even in direct sunlight. The watch runs the latest version of the Pebble OS (3.0) and the Pebble store now offers more than 6500 titles. You get 2 days of battery life, which is not bad at all, and charging only takes 15 minutes for another full day of operation. The Pebble can connect both to Android and iOS devices.
